Recruitment specialists attend the 30th annual British Wind Energy Association (BWEA) conference as supportive members at the ExCel this week.

Employees from Allen & York were present at the event in London where more than 150 speakers, including the opening speech my Prime Minister Gordon Brown, discussed the importance of renewables; wind, wave and tidal.

There has been a proposal for the creation of the Office for Renewable Energy Deployment to help deliver the Government targets of sourcing 15% of the UK’s energy from renewables by 2020, between 35-40% of all electricity will have to be generated from renewables.
